When i was young, i do watch a cartoon called SMURFS. Do SMURFS sounds familiar to you??..nevermind i do have some SMURFS picture....

??? STILL REMEMBER THIS LITTLE BLUE SMURFS ???

The blue gnomes widely known as the Smurfs will celebrate their 50th anniversary this year with a movie deal and an invasion of new female characters. Smurfs -- known in the original Belgian comic strip as Schtroumpfs -- may only be as tall as three apples.

"They live in the Middle Ages ... They don't live in the 50s, 60s, 70s or 80s so the clothing or their look doesn't change ... After 50 years we see they are still popular with children."

??? WHAT IS ECZEMA ???

Eczema—also known as dermatitis—is a red, itchy rash on the upper layers of the skin. It’s not contagious. Once you have eczema, it’s likely to reappear again and again throughout your life. There are many types of eczema. The most common are contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, and chronic dermatitis. Most dermatitis rashes look about the same. They usually itch, most are red, and many have blisters, swelling, oozing, scabbing, and scaling.

No one really knows what causes eczema (atopic dermatitis), however, we do know of certain things that can cause eczema to "flare-up", or get worse. A flare-up occurs when the immune system in people's skin overreacts to environmental or emotional triggers and causes symptoms such as an itchy rash to appear.

People with eczema may have a unique set of causes, or triggers, that produce a skin rash. Some of the more common causes of eczema flare-ups include:--

--Changes in temperature or humidity

--Chemical irritants, such as pesticides, paint strippers, alcohol, astringents, perfumes, harsh soaps, detergents, and household cleaners

--Physical irritants, such as clothes made of rough or scratchy fabrics, like wool

--Allergies (to dust, pollen, mold, animal dander, etc.)

--Intense emotion or stress

--Infections of any kind

People with eczema should work closely with their healthcare providers to determine what triggers their eczema flare-ups. They can then take steps to avoid these triggers and minimize the onset of a skin rash.
